You are vibrational first…beyond what you see, feel, or touch. The sensations you experience within a soundbath, some call a natural high because of the calming effects you have within your body and mind. Others literally see colors and sacred geometry. And many experience a level of relaxation that has never been felt before.

@joyfrequency_healing @kundalini_soul & @per.soul come together to bring you an uplifting experience of MEDITATION + SOUNDBATH at El Dorado Park this Saturday, July 25th at 6:30PM - 8:00PM. We’ve curated an evening of pro-social distancing sound to raise vibrational levels within.

Meet us at the corner of Studebaker and Stearns (behind Shady Tree Playground next to El Dorado Park Golf Course). Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, beverage, mask…anything you need to be comfortable. Masks must be worn upon arrival & all attendees must remain 6 feet apart (unless with quarantined household members). During Meditation + Soundbath you have an option to remove. Upon completion, please re-mask. 

Donations are greatly appreciated as an exchange for our service, or towards a charity or your choice. Times are uncertain, so be creative in your donation (maybe pick up trash or donate to your favorite cause). If you’re in the frontline as an essential worker, hospice volunteer, or simply going through hard times, just show up and receive. We are here for the community and we love you.
