CANDLELIT YIN YOGA

Every Sunday 5:15pm at The Mindry Malibu

This class is designed to allow you to release stress that is stored deep in your connective tissues. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga — you can think of it as yoga's version of stretching. The asanas are mostly seated or reclining and are held between 90 seconds and up to 5 minutes, which allows to improve flexibility, mobility, and full range of motion. It is an excellent complement to the more vigorous form of exercises and can aid in active recovery. Suitable for beginners. This is a deeply meditative practice packed with ancient wisdom philosophy and inspiration that invokes inner transformation. All levels of experience are welcome! **This class will be modified to be practiced without props, but we welcome you to bring your own if you would like to incorporate them** (LEVEL I)

VIN YIN FLOW YOGA

Every Monday 5:15pm at The Mindry Malibu

This balanced class blends movement and relaxation. We’ll begin with a gentle Vinyasa flow to warm up the body, build strength, and release tension through mindful movement and breath. Then we’ll slow things down with Yin postures, held for longer periods to stretch the connective tissues and calm the nervous system. Vin Yin is ideal for anyone looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and restore balance — both physically and mentally. Expect to leave feeling centered, relaxed, and refreshed.


Kundalini VinyASA & SOUND

Every Tuesday 6:15pm at shefayoga Venice Beach

Kundalini Vinyasa combines a multidimensional practice where movement, breath, energy, stamina, flexibility, presence, and vibration align. This class builds internal heat, purifies the nervous system, and clears energetic blockages. The ancient wisdom of Kundalini by way of Hatha with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa through breath-driven sequences awaken your life force, and brings balance.


Through asana, kriya, active meditation, and sound, you’ll move with purpose—each inhale and exhale syncing your body, mind, and spirit. The practice is infused with heat-building sequences to awaken dormant energy at the base of the spine.


We close with a 10-minute immersive soundscape to integrate and ground the energetic shifts, and allow the sacred frequencies to guide you to deep relaxation, and activate cellular harmony and vibrational alignment—sealing the practice and leaving you in a state of stillness and clarity. Available to all levels of students. 


Reiki Sound Bath Meditation

Every Tuesday 7:45pm at shefayoga Venice Beach

During class instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and others are played with the intention of harmonizing the frequency of each individual’s vibration with the natural resonance of the earth. Expect deep relaxation and emotional clearing.


Flow + Nourish Yoga

Every Thursday 9:30am at The Mindry Malibu

A nourishing vinyasa practice that moves slow and steady but allows you to cultivate an inner flow. This slow flow class infuses traditional postures with smooth, mindful transitions to get you out of your thoughts and into your body. Reconnect to your breath, this moment, and your heartfelt intentions to deepen awareness and bring balance. All levels of experience are welcome!
