Ever have a day where you felt off balance? We all have. 

There are many things around us that can throw us off balance: health, people around us, news, weather and just those random things that happen every day. Our planet is shifting in so many ways and the information overload is coming at us from all directions. Mental and energetic balance has never been more important.

Join us Friday! We will be moving energy and developing within you a strong neutral mind. When you see things happening around you and allow them to be without judgment, you’ve connected to your neutral mind and can allow higher guidance to come to you without the inner critic.

We'll be cultivating your heart center, which will grow compassion for yourself and those around you. 

Sometimes that negative mind can make you feel downright crazy, so we will work on the navel point, bringing in the positive mind to strength your conviction. This will give you the power to maintain and live with an open heart. ⁣

No need to RSVP. Just show up! We'll be practicing social distancing. Please show up wearing your mask/face shield. We'll set up 6 feet away from one another. From there you have an option to remove your mask. Upon completion, please put your mask back on.
