By immersing oneself in the resonating vibrations, binaural beats, and therapeutic tones of sound medicine, alongside the dynamic practice of meditation, participants can effectively reduce stress and pain, honor their highest self, and achieve a profound state of relaxation and tranquility.

Kundalini Vinyasa Yoga
Kundalini Vinyasa combines a multidimensional practice where movement, breath, energy, stamina, flexibility, presence, and vibration align. This class builds internal heat, purifies the nervous system, and clears energetic blockages. The ancient wisdom of Kundalini by way of Hatha with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa through breath-driven sequences awaken your life force, and brings balance.
Through asana, kriya, active meditation, and sound, you’ll move with purpose—each inhale and exhale syncing your body, mind, and spirit. The practice is infused with heat-building sequences to awaken dormant energy at the base of the spine.
We close with a 10-minute immersive soundscape to integrate and ground the energetic shifts, and allow the sacred frequencies to guide you to deep relaxation, and activate cellular harmony and vibrational alignment—sealing the practice and leaving you in a state of stillness and clarity.

Meditation

Sessions typically last between 45 to 90 minutes and incorporate breathing techniques, light yoga poses, and guided meditation. We employ Hatha techniques, which have historical roots tracing back to the 1st century in both Buddhist and Hindu texts.
Whether practiced individually or in a group setting, meditation provides a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Participants often report a profound sense of clarity and rejuvenation post-session, as if they've pressed a mental reset button. Moreover, the benefits of meditation extend beyond the individual, fostering a greater sense of empathy and compassion towards others.

Ramona owned an agency in NYC prior to working in wellness.
