Intuitive Overnight Sound Bath Saturday, February 22nd 9:30PM - Sunday, 6:30AM with Raj Pritpal and Jiwan Dev.

Unfold the many layers of the subconscious and unconscious mind and tap into the power of your intuition as you surrender to sound for an overnight sound bath.  We begin with simple before-bed breath work to prepare the mind and body, Kundalini Yoga to activate heat, then movement to transmute stagnant energy. Then go to sleep, as Jiwan Dev and Raj Pritpal take turns playing sound until morning sadhana.

Swiss musicologist and mathematician Hans Cousto’s research into planetary frequencies point to 45 minutes as the amount of time it takes to complete a full sound journey. The Earth’s heart beat is tuned to 432 Hz, the frequency several of the instruments are tuned to. The sound bath begins at 11:00PM in 45-minute segments, with  15-minute silent shuniya breaks until 5:00AM. 

This sound bath includes:

-Overnight sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes.

-Each individual receives a tuning fork session.

-Snacks and hot tea.

-Morning Sadhana .

-Card pulling table.

-Breakfast of chia pudding, granola, coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, and turmeric lattes.

Our hope is that you walk out of here in a deeper state of relaxation with a connection to community. Sat nam.

Prepare for the sound bath by:

-Wearing comfortable clothes.

-Bedding that’s about the size of your yoga mat, which can include blankets, pillow, eye cover, ear plugs (which won't prevent you from receiving the benefits of the sound bath.)

-water bottle.

-journal (sometimes people receive downloads and like to write them down!)

-Think about an intention.
