This Full Moon in Cancer invites us to come back home to the self. We are challenged to move away from the to-do list mindset and into a state of trust. This is the first Full Moon AND eclipse of the year and sets the tone for the rest of 2020.

This eclipse is asking us to step away from the pressure of a ticking clock. We do not need to prove anything. We need to start feeling. Humanity has been working so hard that we have started to become numb. We run away and hide from our feelings because the idea of sitting and listening is too overwhelming.

Cancer, the sign of the Mother asks you to slow down. Your intuition will not speak to you if you do not take the time to listen. All the answers you are seeking are already inside of you.

You need to take the time to get comfortable listening. We have this need to do something, to prove something, to succeed. We can get lost in the race and end up running in circles. We come back and still feel unfulfilled. That's because you can't fulfill your life's purpose until you have taken the time to get to know who you truly are. We are moving from a discipline to a blisscipline, which is defined as connecting with yourself and finding that one thing (or few things) that make your heart soar when you think about it and pursuing it with pleasure.

You are worthy of feeling tremendous joy and love in your life. This 2020 take off the chains and the weights that have been holding you down. Allow yourself to feel deeply. Give yourself permission to connect your truest self. This is the time to let go of any expectations and to begin again.⁣ ⁣
