About the teachers:
James McCrae is the Hay House author of Sh#t Your Ego Says, a poet, strategist, and meditation teacher. He's been called the "Eckhart Tolle of the Internet Generation" by HufPost. His work has been featured in Forbes, HuffPost, Adweek, Thought Catalog, Yogi Times, Entrepreneur, Elephant Journal, and more. James is the current host of the Innerspace with James McCrae podcast, which explores the intersection between creativity, mindfulness, business, and culture.
Jiwan Dev Kaur is a Teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Humanology. She found kundalini yoga in 2003 at Golden Bridge in Hollywood, and finally stepped into her calling and completed the KRI 200-hour teacher training at Golden Bridge Yoga in NYC under the guidance of Gurmukh and Gurushabd in 2016. Before she became a yogi, Jiwan Dev owned an agency and lived a completely different life. Her ability to truly understand the many challenges associated with the western life instills an honest understanding for the modern-day yogi and soul seeker.
