Men In Kundalini and Why it Matters

Kundalini classes tend to be filled with a majority of women, but lately there’ve been a handful of times where my classes are majority male, and sometimes ALL male.🤯⁣ Is it because Russell Brand is talking kundalini on The Joe Rogan podcast? I will admit, when Russell mentions the teachings, I do get a spike of men in attendance. But I do believe the rise for Men in Kundalini is more than just celebrity pop-culture, and authentically in line with the rise of consciousness for the times.⁣
