Destructive habits? Addictive behaviors? We all get caught up with vices that won’t lead to fulfillment. Ghandhi famously said be the change you want to see in the world. We have the ability to change the world by altering our vibrational frequency, the programming we’ve picked up throughout the years. We have the ability to operate from a better place.

Clear out your mental life. Start to break through subconscious programming by chanting mantra. The repetition of mantras allows incremental change to occur as you chant them over and over again. I suggest starting out with one minute a day, and working your way towards 31 minutes a day. The repetition at first may feel uncomfortable, you may get irritated, bored, may fall asleep! That means it’s working. You have to get uncomfortable to see change. Eventually, you will fall in love with the mantra, and find peace within. The results are bountiful.


This mantra has the power to break through addictions and habits. SA TA NA MA stimulates where habits are created in your head. It incorporates primitive sounds, sounds that connect you to existence itself. 

Start by sitting in a comfortable position. Relax your body, and breath. Close your eyes. Focus on the third eye point. Silently chant the mantra SA TA NA MA for one minute. You may use a mala to help guide you through if you wish!
